Refund policy

If extynt is not for you, ask within 14 days of buying it and you get your $19 back.

How to ask

Email hello@extynt.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days of purchase. No reason needed. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle and go back to the original payment method. You can also contact Paddle's buyer support from your receipt.

What happens to the license

A refunded license is revoked. extynt stops working on your computers the next time it checks in, and your account is marked as refunded.

The trial

The 7-day trial is free and needs no payment details, so there is nothing to refund. Use it to decide before you buy.

Your model provider

extynt does not sell model access. Charges from your own model provider are between you and that provider and are not covered by this policy.
